I have always had a passion for health and fitness, so I decided to become an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and an ACE Certified Health Coach. With both of these certifications I am fully equipped with the knowledge and experience to coach people on their health and fitness journey by offering the behavior change, nutritional guidance and exercise plan.
