I am a health and wellness entrepreneur in Wisconsin, but I work with clients from all over. I became a health coach, or lifestyle rehab, after working in a chiropractic office. I realized that if we want to heal on the inside and the outside, our lifestyle has to reflect the life we want to live. If we want to he successful, we have to live a life of generosity and gratitude. If we want to live a life free of the shackles of chronic pain, we need to develop healthy habits.
