I am a Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant of 16 years and a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach having attended Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). I have a particular interest in providing support and coaching to pre and postoperative bariatric surgery patients including RNY (gastric bypass), sleeve gastrectomy and LapBand. In addition, I have an interest in Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, hormonal imbalances and mental health such as anxiety and depression.
