After a diagnosis of MS forced me to ‘medically retire’ from my career as a Family Physician, I became a certified Health and Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches® and the American College of Sports Medicine. My experiences, skills, and education make coaching a natural extension of my career as a doctor.
