In 2009 I started my journey as a health coach with a certification course in Holistic Nutrition at The American College of Healthcare Sciences and opened my office in Red Bank, New Jersey. Over the years, I achieved additional certifications in Positive Psychology, Life Coaching, Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation, and National Board-Certificatified Health Coach. I work with my clients to increase their health and happiness in all areas of their lives.
