I am a certified coach who supports clients in crafting lives in which their personal needs can be met. I specialize in working with people who have experienced or are experiencing trauma. I also work with disabled people and with businesses that are interested in creating more effective teams through culture development and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodation plans. I offer a sliding scale of $50-$200/session for one-on-one coaching.

My clients are often going through significant life changes and/or exploring their lives with a disability (either newly diagnosed or lifelong). Many of my clients are also in therapy. In my practice, trauma is defined as an experience in which someone's body recognizes a threat (of any kind) and does not feel that it can move on after the threat is over.
