I have been in the wellness space for 20 years as a Board Certified, Licensed Massage Therapist with my own practice. During COVID I began expanding my reach into the area of Health Coaching to better help my clients during the shutdown. Many of my clients were 40+ and dealing with symptoms of menopause so it seemed to be a natural transition, as I have dealt with and overcome my own challenges. In February 2024 I sold my practice and now focus solely on my health coaching clients.
