I have been a board certified health coach for about 5 years to this date. I am very passionate about all aspects of Nutrition and overall healthy lifestyle. I believe life is to be spent in total health free from pain but full of energy and vigor and a real zest for life. I practice what I preach and I walk the walk. I have been a strong healthy resource in many people’s lives over the years and I will continue to do so.
